Update from Microsoft: We've worked with the third-party Internet Service Provider (ISP) and confirmed that a change within their managed-environment resulted in impact. The ISP has reverted the change and we're now seeing signs of recovery. We're continuing to monitor network telemetry data to ensure a full recovery.

Omnigo will continue to monitor the status and will open a new incident if issues are reported.

Investigating

Omnigo is aware of an issue related to Microsoft M365 Services which includes login.microsoftonline.com for authentication. The issue appears to be related to AT&T. Omnigo is monitoring the situation and will provide updates as they are made available.
